 To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all attendees, certain items are not permitted within the festival grounds. Please take note of the following list of prohibited items:

1. Tents, Canopies and Large Umbrellas: These items can obstruct sightlines, create congestion, and compromise the festival's aesthetic while potentially hindering security checks. Emphasizing open spaces enhances safety, accessibility, and the communal atmosphere that defines festival events.
2. Illegal Substances: Possession or use of illegal drugs or substances is not allowed within the festival area.
3. Outside Alcoholic Beverages: Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Our on-site bars and food vendors offer a wide range of drinks to choose from.
4. Glass Containers: Glass containers are not permitted due to safety concerns. Please transfer any necessary items to non-glass containers before entering the festival.
5. Weapons: Any kind of weapons, including firearms, knives, and other sharp objects, are strictly prohibited.
6. Laser Pointers: Laser pointers and similar devices are prohibited due to safety risks.
7. Drones: Drones and other remote-controlled devices are not permitted within the festival area.
8. Animals (except service animals): While we love pets, only certified service animals are allowed at the festival.
9. Professional Recording Equipment: Professional video and audio recording equipment, including tripods and cameras with detachable lenses, are not allowed without prior authorization.
10. Flammable Items: Items such as fireworks, flares, and any other flammable objects are not allowed.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Please be aware that all bags will be subject to security checks at the festival entrance. Your safety and enjoyment are our priority, and these rules are in place to ensure a positive experience for all attendees. 

This is an indoor-outdoor event, so Yes, the MBE Festival is a rain or shine event. 

There are various metered parking lots around and next to the festival area. 

All transactions at this year's festival will be cashless. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Service charges apply to all orders. 

 As an outdoor event, seating will be limited. There is also seating on the interior section of the festival.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs.

Yes, tickets will be available for sale at the main entrance. Via electronic payments only. 

The MBE Festival is currently recruiting for several dedicated, enthusiastic individuals (who are willing to roll up their sleeves) to join us as volunteers. All volunteer positions are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Head over to the Vendors page on the website and complete the application.
